Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the Administration of the video messenger (hereinafter referred to as the "Service", "We", "Us") and the individual using the Service (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
1. General Provisions and Acceptance of Terms
- By using the Service, you automatically agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
- By registering with the Service, the User confirms that they have reached the age of 16.
- The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally amend the terms of this Agreement. Changes take effect upon publication.
2. Registration and Account Security
- To use the Service, an account is created using a username (nickname) and password.
- The Administration does not require the User to provide their real name, phone number, or email address.
- The User is solely responsible for the security of their password and for any actions performed under their account.
3. Rules of Use and Restrictions
The User is strictly prohibited from using the Service to:
- Publish or transmit materials that violate the law (including, but not limited to: extremist materials, child pornography, calls for violence).
- Violate the copyrights and related rights of third parties.
- Distribute malware, spam, conduct cyberattacks, or engage in fraudulent activities.
- Insult, harass, or threaten other users.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
- The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors.
- Video and audio calls are conducted using end-to-end encryption technology (P2P / E2EE) directly between users. The Administration has no technical ability to listen to, view, or record your calls.
- Text and audio messages are temporarily stored on the server in encrypted form solely for the purpose of delivery until the recipient comes online, after which they are deleted or remain within the personal message history.
- The Administration is not responsible for the content transmitted by users, nor for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.
5. Termination
- The Administration reserves the right to block or delete the User's account in case of violation of the terms of this Agreement, without prior notice and without providing a reason.
